Real Estate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Show properties to potential buyers, guiding them through the buying process, and assisting with paperwork and negotiations.
  • Proactively initiates and engages in sales calls to new prospects within the real estate market.
  • Assist in closing property deals by coordinating requirements and facilitating transactions.
  • Locates potential business deals by contacting potential clients; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Calling potential buyers, providing basic information and arranging personal meeting with Sales Manager.
  • Regular follow ups.
  • Protects the organization’s reputation and assets by keeping information confidential.
  • Define and follow up of yearly targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies for new services.
  • Identifies new opportunities by analyzing market trends and understanding client property requirements.
  • Assists in establishing annual sales goals and actively works towards achieving monthly targets.

Experience Level: Associate

Work Experience (years): 1 – 5 years

Education: Any Graduate, MBA/PGDM
