Tendering & Quantity Survey Engineer (Civil Engineering)
- Location : Kolkata
- Experience : Minimum 8 years
- Preferred Qualification : B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Key Responsibilities :
- Study tender documents including drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Prepare cost estimates, rate analysis, and pre-bid queries.
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs for various civil works.
- Liaise with vendors/subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing and quotations.
- Assist in project budgeting, cost control, and valuation of variations during execution.
- Analyze tender documents and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with estimation, design, procurement, and project teams to prepare bid submissions.
- Monitor tender opportunities and evaluate bid/no-bid decisions.
- Ensure all submissions are compliant, timely, and of high quality.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and vendors.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in tendering and quantity surveying within the construction/infrastructure sector.
- In-depth understanding of civil engineering projects and government/private procurement processes.
- Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication along with negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and documentation skills.
- Good understanding of standard methods of measurement and contract terms.
Civil Engineer

- Preferred Qualification : Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and execute civil engineering works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants for smooth workflow.
- Monitor and report progress, site issues, and material requirements.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Review construction drawings and suggest modifications, if necessary.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory norms during execution.
- Participate in client and project meetings as required.
- Support project billing and quantity verification as per executed works.
Requirements :
- Proven on-site experience in civil construction/infrastructure projects.
- Sound knowledge of civil engineering techniques, construction practices, and project management tools.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.

HR & Administration Executive

Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices will be an added advantage.
- Additional certification in HR, Administration, or IT/Graphic Design tools will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily administrative operations and office coordination tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and databases (personnel, financial, operational data).
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
- Handle internal and external communications, prepare reports, and manage filing systems (digital and physical).
- Oversee office supply procurement, vendor management, and inventory control.
- Assist in HR activities like onboarding, documentation, and attendance management through HRMS software.
- Regularly update and manage employee information, leaves, payroll inputs, and other HR-related tasks via HRMS platforms.
- Create basic presentations, flyers, notices, and communication material using graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark, basic Photoshop).
- Coordinate with different departments to support smooth functioning.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with legal regulations.
- Support basic accounting, billing, and invoicing activities when needed.
- Provide first-level IT support such as setting up workstations, troubleshooting minor hardware/software issues, and coordinating with the IT service provider.
Key Skills Required :
