Ready Mix Concrete Sales Executive

  • Experience in sales and marketing of Ready mixed concrete or Building material product.
  • Manage client base through Excellent follow-up on leads for Existing and new clients.
  • Working actively on the scheduled appointment with, builders, architectures, and contractors.
  • Customer visits, meeting, negotiations, closing deals.
  • Preparing quotation, submitting to customers and follow-up
  • Maintaining customer database record
  • Ensure current client retention and repeat business from existing client.
  • Work with collection team for collection of payment, follow-up
  • Assist the Plant Head / General Manager for deciding pricing strategy, new project finalization
  • Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Convert potential clients by continuous follow up and gaining trust.
  • Must understand & explain technicality of product.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance as required.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team to improve upon if required.

Qualification: B.E. Civil /Diploma Civil or MBA in Marketing

Experience Level: Mid-Senior-Level

Work Experience (years): 2 – 8 years

Education: Any Graduate, MBA/PGDM
