Ready Mix Concrete Sales Executive
- Experience in sales and marketing of Ready mixed concrete or Building material product.
- Manage client base through Excellent follow-up on leads for Existing and new clients.
- Working actively on the scheduled appointment with, builders, architectures, and contractors.
- Customer visits, meeting, negotiations, closing deals.
- Preparing quotation, submitting to customers and follow-up
- Maintaining customer database record
- Ensure current client retention and repeat business from existing client.
- Work with collection team for collection of payment, follow-up
- Assist the Plant Head / General Manager for deciding pricing strategy, new project finalization
- Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Convert potential clients by continuous follow up and gaining trust.
- Must understand & explain technicality of product.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance as required.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team to improve upon if required.
Qualification: B.E. Civil /Diploma Civil or MBA in Marketing
Experience Level: Mid-Senior-Level
Work Experience (years): 2 – 8 years
Education: Any Graduate, MBA/PGDM
