Real Estate Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Show properties to potential buyers, guiding them through the buying process, and assisting with paperwork and negotiations.
- Proactively initiates and engages in sales calls to new prospects within the real estate market.
- Assist in closing property deals by coordinating requirements and facilitating transactions.
- Locates potential business deals by contacting potential clients; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Calling potential buyers, providing basic information and arranging personal meeting with Sales Manager.
- Regular follow ups.
- Protects the organization’s reputation and assets by keeping information confidential.
- Define and follow up of yearly targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies for new services.
- Identifies new opportunities by analyzing market trends and understanding client property requirements.
- Assists in establishing annual sales goals and actively works towards achieving monthly targets.
Experience Level: Associate
